April 8-11, 2013 Cheyenne Description: Wyoming FFA State Convention is four day event where members compete in career development events, participate in leadership workshops and delegate business sessions, as well as take in inspirational and motivational speakers. Convention also provides an opportunity for Wyoming FFA members to be recognized for their achievements, run for a State FFA office and meet members from across the state. The career development events Wyoming provides are: Prepared Public Speaking, Extemporaneous Speaking, Creed Speaking, Agricultural Issues Forum, Sales and Service, Livestock Evaluation, Poultry Evaluation, Meats Evaluation and Technology, Agronomy, Parliamentary Procedure, Marketing Plan, Horse Evaluation, Farm Business Management, and Agricultural Mechanics.
