Pine Bluffs teaches elementary kids each year about safety on the farm, covering everything from electricity to elevator safety.  Through the harvest festival, which includes a kiddie carnival, lawnmower races, a Cajun cream can dinner and a dance, Pine Bluffs raised money for Hurricane Katrina. Local ranchers team up with Pine Bluffs for the Prospect Club Calf Project.  Students learn how to fit and show six calves that local ranchers let the students use in the National Western Stock Show and the NILE .  Advisor: Donn Randall.

Thermopolis FFA
Thermopolis divides and conquers when it comes to helping out the community through the buddy program.  A chapter officer and two or three chapter members team up and seek out community service projects around the community.  Thermopolis FFA’s petting zoo allows daycare and elementary-age kids to get hands-on experience with animals. Through their work sale and Greenhouse sale, Thermopolis FFA brings quality plants and services to the citizens of Thermopolis.  By planting their own flowers around the town, and posting Ag Support flyers at area businesses, this brings FFA into the public view.  Advisor: Britton Van Heule.

John B. Kendrick FFA
The John B. Kendrick Chapter in Sheridan lets the community know that they care through serving a teacher appreciation lunch, and the Gold Buckle Club Dinner, and collecting and selling trees for the festival of trees, which goes to help support the special Olympics.  Through their family picnic, this chapter brings chapter members and families of the members close.  They added members to their chapter through the chapter recruitment days, and helped all in involved grow as leaders.  Advisor: Nick Siddle.

Buffalo FFA
The Buffalo FFA Chapter provides a teamwork environment through their Fun For All, a retreat during the summer that brings younger and older members together to get to know each other, as well as by taking the chapter bowling and skiing, and hosting a new member barbeque.  By helping area ranchers and assisting in building a new poultry barn for the Johnson County Fair, and by serving a faculty appreciation Dinner, Buffalo let the community know that they care.  Advisor: Jake Evans.

Lyman FFA
The Lyman FFA Chapter is a great supporter of their community, as they host an Alumni/Community BBQ, an Ag Expo for the youth of the area, a benefit rodeo and BBQ for the Locals for Locals program, and volunteering to help with the IPSSDR Sled dog race.  They promote student growth and success through morning peer tutoring sessions, and expand their horizons with the Ohio Chapter Exchange.  Advisor: Rex Hamner.
